- Report Issues Quickly – If there’s a defect, let us know within the warranty period. Please keep the original packaging if you can, and share your order number along with the issue. After the warranty period, we can’t offer replacements or repairs.
- Check Before Signing – Be sure to check your package when it arrives. Once you sign for it, we’ll assume everything’s in good condition and can’t accept returns for shipping damage.
