Payment Methods
Thank you for choosing yuanstmy as your go-to destination for LCD screens! We use an SSL secure checkout system to protect your payment and personal information, so you can shop with peace of mind. Here are some safe and flexible payment options for you:
1. PayPal
If you have a PayPal account: Simply choose PayPal at checkout, log in, and you can pay using your PayPal balance, credit card, debit card, or linked bank account.
If you don’t have a PayPal account: On the PayPal checkout page, select “Debit or Credit Card” and enter your card details to complete the payment.
Installments: PayPal also offers “Pay in 4” or monthly installment options, so you can pay in smaller amounts with little or no interest. If paying in full is a bit too much at once, you might want to try PayPal’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” feature.
If your payment fails:
- Try again in an incognito browser or a different browser,
- Or change your payment method at checkout, or use another credit card or PayPal account.
- If these don’t work, please contact us and provide your order number (if any), name, email address, the error message, and a screenshot of the error. We’ll check the details and help you complete your order.
2. Credit / Debit Card
You can pay directly with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Diners Club cards (Amex and JCB are not supported).
If your payment fails:
- Contact your bank to check if the transaction was blocked by their risk control system,
- Or try another card, or pay via PayPal instead.
Card expired / insufficient funds / over credit limit: You’ll need to use a new card. If your card was lost or stolen, the bank may mark it as lost, so a new card is required for payment.
3. PayPal Invoice (Backup Option)
If the checkout is a problem, you can call our customer service and provide your order number. We will issue a PayPal invoice with YUANSTMY as the payee within 10 minutes. Check the invoice information, including the amount and merchant, and then you can make payment easily.
